2. Service Description

NEZHNA operates a marketplace of social media growth services (viewers, followers, views, likes, members and similar engagement) for platforms including Twitch, Kick, Chzzk, YouTube, TikTok, X.com, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and Spotify. Orders are fulfilled automatically or manually depending on the service, using only publicly available identifiers (links or usernames) — we never request your platform account credentials.

You acknowledge that third-party promotion may conflict with the guidelines of the target platform and that you order such services at your own discretion and risk. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as platform algorithms and policies change without notice.

3. User Account

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.

NEZHNA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

4. Payment and Refunds

Our services are provided on a prepaid basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select. All payments are processed through our secure payment systems.
